Generator: Business Development Workshop

Date: September 12, 2018
Start Time: 00:09:00
Location: Dance City, Temple St, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 4BR

Business development is something that we all need to do to grow our business. The good news is that there is a simple model to follow that will allow you to do this.

Together, through this session we’ll be learning about:

  • The sales cycle and how to move people around it
  • Understanding the questions to ask to move around the cycle
  • Planning the actions to take to have the biggest effect on the sales cycle
  • Becoming aware of the considerations in the sales cycle
  • Creating advocates for your business

This is a hands-on mapping exercise going into detail on the sales cycle and how you develop business by shortening your sales cycle and measuring your activity.

There’s no PowerPoint it’s an interactive session with plenty of useful tools and models to take-away and start implementing when you’re back at work.

Due to high demand, only one representative from each business please.
