The objective of this workshop is to engage, inspire and help business owners and senior managers develop the leadership skills to successfully scale their business.

The session will give scaling and scaleup potential companies an insight into the leadership characteristics associated with successful scaleup journeys. We expect the workshop to appeal to early stage and mid-stage scaleup businesses who find themselves reaching the limit of their leadership knowledge and capabilities and need some nurturing and focus on how develop their skills.
