Mentoring is an essential part of any apprenticeship programme, but not something everyone does day-to-day.
To ensure your apprentices are successful – both academically and within their organisations – Teesside University has a dedicated support team to guide not only the learner, but also line managers and mentors responsible for supervising apprentices through their degree programmes.
The team is running a series of workshops for you to find out everything you need to know about the role of mentor and to equip you with the skills to give your apprentices the most valuable experience during their programme.
This workshop is a free public event, pre-booking is required- http://www.tees.ac.uk/sections/business/business_events_details.cfm?event_id=10677
