Watson Burton expands real estate team with new associate

Newcastle based commercial law firm Watson Burton has further strengthened its Real Estate team with the appointment of an experienced associate.

Helen Stenton brings a wealth of commercial and residential property development and transactional experience to the firm, which will further enhance Watson Burton’s specialist offering in the real estate sector.

The highly skilled real estate team at Watson Burton provides a range of services including advising on all aspects of the acquisition, funding, development, planning and disposal of development sites. Its work also includes advising on plot sales, ground rent disposals and social housing initiatives.

Helen’s appointment comes in response to increasing demand for Watson Burton’s work in the real estate sector and follows the recent appointment of newly qualified solicitor, Olivia Brown to the team.

Helen has specialist expertise in energy sector developments such as wind farms, solar farms and battery storage facilities as well as high value residential development projects.
