July 30, 2019
New 3D renders and CGIs give a first look inside the £7.5 million restoration of Newcastle’s historic City Baths.
The Grade II listed building will be redeveloped by Fusion Lifestyle into a health and fitness suite, with a swimming pool, fitness studio and a spa with treatment rooms.
The 3D renders showcase the new workout space, complete with cardio equipment like treadmills, rowing machines and indoor cycling bikes.
The CGIs also show functional workout spaces and dynamic stretch areas, as well as strength and conditioning equipment.
Anthony Cawley, operations director at Fusion Lifestyle said: “We know how eager everyone is for the City Baths to reopen and we’re working incredibly hard to create something special that can be enjoyed by the people of Newcastle and surrounding areas.
“We can’t wait for the day the doors reopen and we can show off the restoration first hand, but we now, this sneak peek shows what’s coming very soon.”
Those looking for a new gym membership will have full access to the fitness suite as well as a jam-packed calendar with up to 130 exercise classes per week.
Memberships and prices have just been released and range from £30 – £81 – and include everything from ‘Gym and Swim only’ to ‘Premium Anytime’ which includes unlimited use of the fitness suite, swimming pool and Turkish baths as well as unlimited group exercise classes.
