Three new hires at Newcastle creative agency
September 15, 2023
A leading creative agency has announced three key appointments as part of developing a new marketing arm of the business, in order to satisfy client demand.
JUMP, headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne, has appointed Jenny Henry as a graphic designer, and Jen Yeo and Jake Johnston as marketing assistants. The new appointments take the headcount at the consultancy to 17, as it continues to see strong demand for its end-to-end outsourced marketing services.
Jen and Jake join marketing manager Kasey Murphy and marketing assistant Alana Whenary as the marketing division, established in 2022, continues to see demand for its marketing-related services, including social media, PPC, SEO-optimised copywriting, and content creation, grow. Its venture into a comprehensive digital marketing offering adds to the brand, design, website, and technical development services for which JUMP is already highly regarded.
Speaking about the growing marketing division, Kasey, said; “Since I joined JUMP in November 2022, we have seen increasing demand from new and existing clients looking to outsource marketing functions to support their business. This includes organisations including Three Rivers Learning Trust, which recently rebranded to Cheviot Learning Trust, BagsID and Accelerate Ashington, as well as St. Martins Care Group.
“My background is in digital marketing, and with our expanding team, we have the skills and resources to advise and deliver integrated marketing strategies, which means our clients benefit from accessing JUMP’s design and development teams within their marketing service. In addition, after clients have a new brand and website created by JUMP, they can immediately get started with their marketing using these new assets with our skills. It’s an exciting time to be leading the marketing division and I’m looking forward to working as a team of four.”
Graphic designer Jenny has a background in commercial design, having worked at media platform Clear Channel UK. Marketing assistant Jen joins as a graduate with a First Class Honours in Business with Marketing from Northumbria University. Jake, also a Northumbria University graduate with a Fashion Design and Marketing degree, has worked assisting the marketing team at END Clothing since 2020.
Rob Brown, managing director at JUMP, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Jenny, Jake and Jen to the team. They each bring a unique set of skills and help strengthen the breadth and depth of our marketing division, it’s great to have them onboard.
“They join us at an exciting time in JUMP’s growth journey. We’ve recently received fresh investment from NEL Fund Managers to help us scale up to meet demand for our outsourced services. Increasingly, our clients rely on us to not only develop their brand but to activate it across digital channels and our strengthened marketing team enables us to do just that.”
