Revealed! The 2024 North East HR&D Awards finalists

The 2024 North East HR&D Awards are nearly upon us – and we can today exclusively reveal the showpiece event’s finalists!

More than 30 companies and organisations spanning a raft of sectors will vie for honours across 12 categories at the June 6 ceremony.

And this year’s event – held at The Fed, in Gateshead – promises to be the best yet after a near 40 per cent increase in award submissions.

Celebrating the amazing organisations and people working across HR, learning and development and related specialisms in the region, nominations were pored over by judges from the North East Work and Talent (NEWT) advisory board.

Elouise Leonard-Cross and Sarah Carnegie, joint chairs of NEWT, which reflects a cross-section of expertise and experience from organisations across the region, say: “We are delighted to reveal this year’s finalists.
