Redefining networking: Q&A with The Ladies Collective Platform

In a unique new development for the business community, Claire Pickersgill, of House of Hype & Co., and Julie Turnbull and Jude Daunt, of Activated Mindset Online, have come together to launch The Ladies Collective Platform, a networking initiative that prioritises wellbeing and mindset. With collaborations with global brands such as H Beauty, Harrods, and Fenwick already in the works, Kate Hewison sits down with the founders as they prepare to launch the new innovative platform.

What inspired you to create The Ladies Collective Platform?

The Ladies Collective Platform was inspired by a desire to empower women in business to prioritise their personal growth, mindset and wellbeing, and recognise the prevalent need for a safe, supportive and empowering community.

Alongside our immersive networking events, the creation of a digital space where women can excel professionally – while focusing on their own wellbeing – is the next stage in our mission to help women radiate confidence and success by prioritising themselves above all else.

How do you balance the focus on wellbeing and mindset within your events?

We offer sessions with expert speakers and industry specialists who emphasise personal growth and mental health. Each event is designed to provide practical business insights while encouraging self-care and self-love. This balanced approach ensures our members feel supported and empowered, fostering a community where women can thrive both personally and professionally.

Can you tell us more about the unique experiences offered at your events?

The Ladies Collective events offer unique experiences that blend luxury, high-profile brand collaborations and impactful networking opportunities. Attendees enjoy interactive workshops, mindset masterclasses and access to industry insights, all within a supportive and empowering environment. Our events are crafted to inspire and educate, helping women prioritise their personal growth and wellbeing while building genuine connections and professional relationships.

With registrations now open, what can new members expect from The Ladies Collective Platform?

They can expect a vibrant, empowering digital community. Our subscription model offers access to networking forums, expert hubs, monthly masterclasses, blogs, peer mentoring and valuable resources. The platform is designed to elevate and showcase members, providing direct links to coaching and mentoring programmes. Top-tier subscriptions offer international networking opportunities, helping women to connect with global businesses and expand their horizons.

How do you envision the platform evolving to support women on both a national and international level?

By expanding our reach across the UK and internationally, we aim to provide ongoing support and opportunities for women to connect and collaborate. Our strategic partnerships and subscription-based model will facilitate international business connections.

What advice do you have for women looking to leverage networking to advance their personal and professional lives?

Focus on building genuine relationships and seek communities that prioritise personal growth and wellbeing. Engage with platforms like The Ladies Collective, which offer access to industry experts, peer support and valuable resources. Embrace opportunities for learning and collaboration, and prioritise self-care and authenticity. By fostering genuine connections and focusing on your own wellbeing, you can achieve greater success in both your personal and professional lives.
