Barratt Developments launches new Cramlington schemes

A housebuilder has launched a 350-home Northumberland scheme.
Barratt Developments North East, which includes the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, is bringing 353 homes to Cramlington across two sites.
Barratt Homes’ West Meadows at The Arcot Estate will offer two, three and four-bedroom homes, while an adjacent David Wilson Homes estate will have three and four bedroom properties.
Bosses say the developments will contribute £3.8 million to the local area, supporting primary and secondary education, healthcare and recreational facilities.
