Cardale Asset Management scoops top industry awards

A wealth management firm has secured two industry honours.

Cardale Asset Management picked up the best UK medium size firm accolade at the Citywire Investment Performance Awards.

It was also handed the aggressive shortlist title, for the impressive performance of its equity model.

The event showcases companies and the strategies that delivered top risk-adjusted returns over a three-year period.

Harrogate-based Cardale includes associate director Richard MacAlister [pictured, below], who previously led the expansion of the firm’s investment management business across the North East.

Ian Wood, chief investment officer at Cardale, which has more than 3000 clients and total assets under management of more than £2 billion, said: “This is testament to our investment philosophy, experience and approach and is truly a team effort.

“Our ethos is to provide investment options to a broad spectrum of investors, therefore enabling more people to access the strong performing and experienced management team.”
