Concept IT hails COVID-19 resilience and signals future prospects
April 24, 2020
An IT services and support firm has hailed its response to COVID-19, saying the measures it has introduced will help it – and its clients – prosper in the coming years.
Concept IT says its “strength and determination” will channel future growth when the UK emerges from the coronavirus lockdown.
The company, based in Tanfield Lea Business Centre, near Stanley, County Durham, has taken a number of steps to mitigate the pandemic’s impact that include bolstering communication and supplier networks.
Speaking about its efforts amid the COVID-19 lockdown, Kevin Embleton, managing director, told North East Times he is proud of the firm’s response.
He said: “We had to adapt quickly to ensure our clients’ critical IT systems continued to run smoothly through the transition to working from home en masse.
“By increasing our communications, hand-delivering essential equipment and working closely with suppliers, we’ve boosted our business resilience.
“We’ve provided effective solutions for clients and assisted in evolving companies across the region through the development of additional routes to market and new services.
“Through strength and determination, we’ll help our customers’ firms grow, and in turn Concept IT will prosper with them, as it’s our responsibility to support them through the crisis, and beyond.”
The company’s offer includes managed IT services, cloud solutions and online security.
