Cramlington’s Bazaar Group celebrates gold Investors in People mark

A soft seating maker has been championed for its commitment to staff.

Bazaar Group has received gold Investors in People (IIP) accreditation.

The accolade is awarded to organisations that demonstrate a clear commitment to supporting and developing employees.

Following an external assessment, which included an anonymous survey completed by 91 per cent of staff, Cramlington-based Bazaar Group has joined the top four per cent of gold standard IIP manufacturing organisations.

Alongside transparent business plans and a supportive, accessible culture, the report highlighted employees feel the company is an excellent place to work, which offers an exciting future.

“Our IIP journey started six years ago, and the standard has underpinned our growth as a business and supported the creation of a high performing, engaged and motivated team, who live our values every day.
