Double senior promotion at Silverstone Building Consultancy

Newcastle-based Silverstone Building Consultancy has promoted two of its senior staff

Louise Stewart has stepped up from associate director to director and Phillip Bone has been promoted from senior building surveyor to associate director.

Louise joined the firm in 2014 and has managed a number of significant projects including a £700,000 refurbishment & fit out for a high-end retailer, a £2.5m new build residential development in Alnwick on behalf of Lindisfarne Homes and numerous office refurbishments.

Louise is currently working on a £4.5m student accommodation scheme in Newcastle and a £3.5m retail warehouse refurbishment in Washington.

Phillip joined Silverstone as a graduate in 2011 and became chartered in 2014.

He delivers the full range of building surveying services and has worked with many clients including Harworth Estates, RPU Group Plc and Crown Promotional Packaging as well as multiple schools and academies through his work in the education sector.
