Esh Group and George F. White partner to provide office space for region’s start ups
October 3, 2016
Esh Group has enlisted the services of commercial property consultants George F. White to help them lease out the building to prospective tenants who would get the most out of the incubator and what it has to offer.
Geoff Woodcock, Managing Director, Esh Developments said: “The brand new incubator facility has been predominately designed and built for emerging start-up and SME businesses within the region who are trying to establish themselves in their respective field. Rental rates are very reasonable and the building is situated next to our new training facility “Esh Academy” where all our training will take place, including the training and management of over 150 apprentices. Those who move into the incubator will be able to use the training facilities and share training opportunities.”
The new office space is a big development in Esh Group’s focus on investing in local communities which is delivered through its community support programme, Esh Communities. The overarching aim of Esh Communities is to understand the issues local populations are facing and to help make a positive difference in local areas.
Mike Young, Head of Commercial Property at George F. White, added: “It’s great to have a client as renowned and large as Esh Group on board. We are very excited and motivated to be working with them to help source and secure tenants for the new incubator space which is an impressive building for any new or small business in the North East.”
