Former team reunite as growth continues at 360

360 Growth Partners, specialists in accelerating business growth, has welcomed Debbie Barber as project administration manager.

Debbie, from Weardale, has over 20 years of experience in administrative support, human resources and as an executive assistant, having previously worked at Hays Plc and national animal feed company Skretting. She joins 360 on a part-time basis, allowing her to continue to develop her other passion, as a wellness and fitness coach.

In her new role, Debbie will be responsible for implementing and managing new operational systems to support the team of highly skilled associates at 360 and enhance the business partner experience. Working in collaboration with business technology associate, Mark Jenkinson, the pair will roll-out and embed the new technology solution.

It’s not the first time that Debbie and 360 Growth Partners founder, Andrew Silver, have worked together. They were first paired at Connect Physical Health, where Debbie worked as Andrew’s executive PA when he was Chief Executive.

Speaking of the appointment, Andrew said; “I have known Debbie for over a decade since we first worked together at a national physiotherapy practice. I was always impressed by her organisational skills, her tenacity and her ability to drive through best practices. When the opportunity arose for a project administration manager here at 360, Debbie was my first choice and I’m delighted we’re able to work together again.

“We’ve seen significant growth over the past 18 months, and that has led us to review our systems and processes to ensure they are fit for purpose. Following that review, we have invested in a new technology solution that will allow us to streamline our work, improve efficiencies and ultimately, create an enhanced customer experience for our valued business partners.”

360 Growth Partners supports SMEs to identify and develop their business strategy and then works as ‘partners’ to implement it. It offers a range of services from one-to-one business coaching and mentoring, senior leadership development, performance management, marketing and digital and technology solutions. It works with a variety of businesses including Black & White Engineering, Safecall and Newcastle Premier Health as well as creative companies Vida Creative, Jump and McBryde & Co.

Speaking of her appointment, Debbie said; “I have worked with Andrew and other members of the 360 team before and the opportunity to do so again was one I simply couldn’t turn down. 360 Growth Partners is a very natural fit for me and I have a great deal of respect for Andrew and the team. We work with some fantastic people and businesses and I am excited to be supporting those partnerships.

“I’m looking forward to not only implementing our new project management system but more importantly, ensuring everything we do is focused on improving the client experience. My focus is on supporting the 360 associates from an operational perspective, so they can concentrate on delivering projects – and crucially, continued growth for our partners.”
