Digital product consultancy, hedgehog lab, has made two senior appointments as part of their growth strategy.
Malcolm Seagrave and Joe Thompson join the firm as managing director and chief technology officer respectively.
The appointments form part of the firm’s “Vision 2028” strategy which includes achieving a B-Corp certification, creating four new hubs in the UK, growing revenue 5x and creating 400 new jobs over the next four years.
Malcolm Seagrave has joined hedgehog lab as its first UK managing director and will take over the running of the day-to-day business in the UK.
His previous roles include chief growth officer at CreateFuture (formerly xDesign), chief for UK and international growth at AND.Digital, director – solutions and innovation at Vodafone and IT director for Morrisons Supermarket.

Joe Thompson – hedgehog lab’s new chief technology officer – joins the firm from healthcare-focused digital solutions company, Deep Medical, where he was chief technology and product officer. Prior to that, Joe led the product and technology team for Xoomworks Technology, a procurement consultancy and technology firm.
He said: “Digital product designers are the architects of the 21st century and that comes with a lot of responsibility.”
