iamproperty appoints new chief technology officer to drive next phase of growth

iamproperty, the UK’s largest residential auctioneer and market leading PropTech pioneer, has appointed Neil Hope as Chief Technology Officer.

With a career spanning over 20 years, Neil has vast experience in delivering technology transformation for large, market leading businesses, having previously worked at Parkdean Resorts, Sage and Formica. The appointment marks a continued investment in new skills as iamproperty takes on its next phase of growth.

iamproperty, which now has more than 480 staff across the UK, is known for its commitment to innovation and creating solutions which improve the home buying and selling process for everyone.

Over the last 12 months the business has celebrated impressive milestones, including the growth of its Partner Agent network to over 5,000 Estate Agency branches across the UK, 46% YOY revenue growth and two trade acquisitions. This included the acquisition of cloud-based property software business VTUK, to add openview CRM to its product offering. As part of his role, Neil will also take on board responsibility for openview, leading the team to establish openview as a significant player in agency CRM category and bring a market leading CRM solution to Estate Agents.
