Jellyfish Energy wants staff to support growth plans

An energy supplier aims to power its market progress after launching a recruitment drive.

Newcastle-based Jellyfish Energy wants 30 staff.

Roles include partner managers, customer service advisors and analysts.

Aidon Hudson, chief executive at the firm [pictured, below], which allows business customers to manage utilities through an app or online account, said: “We have ambitious targets and are committed to offering fair and transparent energy to SMEs.

“And although our approach is tech-driven, it’s crucial for us to still have the human customer service element.

“This allows us to support businessowners, troubleshoot any issues and ensure customers are receiving a high quality service.

“We’re currently in the process of setting up both our London and Manchester offices; however, we’re ultimately committed to having the majority of our team based in the North East.”
