Luxury homes development announced for Dishforth

A bespoke development of five luxury new homes has been announced for the North Yorkshire village of Dishforth. Robinson Developments has confirmed plans to build Poplar Grange with properties now available to reserve off plan.

Poplar Grange is located in an idyllic setting, just off Back Lane between Thirsk and Ripon. The cluster of four-bedroom detached houses are architecturally styled on the red brick Georgian farmhouse and stone barn buildings from early 19th century Yorkshire, but with contemporary interior fixtures and fittings.

Robinson Developments has appointed local contractor PBS (Yorkshire) Ltd to start ground preparation works and hopes to deliver the new homes for occupation by Spring 2021.
