Middlesbrough’s Omnia Machinery lays growth foundations with Miami move

A construction vehicle and equipment supplier has expanded across the Atlantic.

Middlesbrough-based Omnia Machinery has opened a base in Miami.

And bosses say the move has already brought new opportunities for the company.

Director Sam Brown [pictured, below] said: “We wanted a dedicated team of experts on hand in the US, so we can better serve our customers.

“And having a Miami branch is logistically beneficial for shipping, as the surrounding ports make exportation easier.”

Fellow director Ashley Vaughan said: “We are so excited to see where this expansion takes us.

“We are serious about providing an efficient and expert service, but it’s also really important to us to create opportunities for others in our local communities.

“In Miami, our staff have been hired from the local area and they’re already busy every day with enquiries.

“Our Middlesbrough office is thriving and Miami is already off to a great start; we’re proud of the whole team in helping to pull this off.”
