MIRA Marketing scores Darlington Mowden Park alliance

A marketing agency says it is looking forward to tackling further growth after striking a rugby club partnership.

MIRA Marketing is working with Darlington Mowden Park.

The alliance will see Newcastle-based MIRA provide marketing and advertising support to the National League One side across the 2023/2024 season.

It will also see the launch of the ‘Mowden Monthly’ digital newsletter, which officials say will give supporters behind the scenes insight on the club’s fortunes.

Formed in 2018, MIRA’s services include pay-per-click, email marketing and social media support, and chief executive Stuart Bramley said he is “thrilled” to be adding to its portfolio with its rugby deal.

He said: “We have set our sights on forging strategic partnerships, and are honoured we can support Mowden Park as our first collaborative marketing venture.

“We will leverage our expertise to empower their marketing and contribute to elevating their esteemed brand.”

Tom Bulmer, Mowden Park’s marketing and sponsorship manager, added: “We’re thrilled to have Stuart and the MIRA team on board.

“They have a proven track record with a range of big brands, and I’m sure they’ll make a big contribution over the coming months.”
