New faces bolster Ascent Homes’ team

A housing developer has strengthened operations with a number of appointments.

Ascent Homes has added Siobhan Hope, Peter Dawson, Karen McArthur and Lauren Sykes to its sales team.

Bosses say they will help the operator, which is the housebuilding arm of Advance Northumberland, meet increasing demand.

Boasting 16 years’ experience, with time at Barratt Homes, Persona Homes and Gentoo Homes, Siobhan initially joined Ascent Homes as a sales manager before being promoted to head of sales and marketing.

Peter and Karen are sales managers, with Lauren a sales executive.

Siobhan said: “We are motivated by sales but also meeting buyers’ every need.

“I’m enthusiastic about contributing to the expansion of Ascent Homes’ sales team, facilitating our ongoing growth and developing homes that have a positive impact on the North East and showcase the beauty of the region.”

Peter and Karen bring 24 years’ collective experience to their positions, and will work closely with the burgeoning team’s sales executives.
