Newcastle’s Perfect Image joins fellow IT firms in new Cybit venture

A trio of IT and cybersecurity companies have joined forces under a new name in a move they say will help public and private sector organisations better make the digital switch.

Cybit is the combination of Newcastle-headquartered IT firm Perfect Image, Berkshire-based IT support provider Technique and Belfast cybersecurity operator Cyphra.

The companies previously operated under the holding company Pixel Group.

Bosses say the new brand will provide private businesses and public sector organisations with a one-stop-shop for managed IT services, cloud migration, data and analytics and cybersecurity solutions.

Kelly Simkiss, Cybit chief executive, said: “As custodians of three highly successful businesses, it was incredibly important we retained the heritage and specialisms from each of the operations but integrating into a single, unified identity enables us to showcase our combined strength.
