North East England Chamber of Commerce publication to recommence production

As you will be aware, publication of CONTACT magazine was paused earlier this year, owing to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.

We, like you, have closely monitored developments over recent days, weeks and months and, under revised Government guidelines, now feel the time is right to restart production.

We work closely with the team at the North East England Chamber of Commerce to deliver a magazine on their behalf that is informative, engaging and timely for member businesses, and the wider business community.

This will continue with issue seven of the all-new CONTACT magazine, which will go to print in Summer ’20.

Carrying the theme of connectivity, the magazine will – as in all previous editions – support and promote the work and successes of Chamber members.

In the connectivity issue, we will focus on members’ global presence and, in light of COVID-19, celebrate their innovation and resilience in such challenging times.

Our feature writers Jonathan Walker, assistant director – policy; Arlen Pettitt, knowledge development manager; and Jack Simpson, global network adviser, will share their expertise to reflect the challenges faced by North East businesses and the measures needed to ensure success post-COVID-19.

For more than 200 years, the North East England Chamber of Commerce has been helping businesses and individuals grow their network, knowledge, influence and reach. We have been impressed by the Chamber’s coordinated response to the pandemic and their vast efforts to support members in navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The team continue to support the business community in every way they can, by informing members on developments in relation to COVID-19 – updated daily with any new information and guidance.
