North East stockbroker announces major new sporting sponsorship

Vertem, the Newcastle based specialist stockbroker, has announced it will become the title sponsor of the Vertem Futurity Trophy, the final Group 1 of the British flat season.

This historically famous race, frequently won by future classic winners since 1961, represents the culmination of the season for many of Europe’s leading youngsters and is subsequently contested by the top trainers and their best two-year olds.

John Dance, Vertem CEO and racehorse owner (pictured with Laurens) has revealled that the sponsorship was all part of the strategy to increase awareness and recognition of the Vertem stockbroking name.
