Oakes Energy announces £50 million strategic partnership

Oakes Energy Services has entered into a £50 Million strategic partnership with AMPYR Distributed Energy to drive renewable energy projects across the UK.

Part of the PHS Group, North East based Oakes Energy provides renewable energy solutions including heating, ventilation and air conditioning platforms.

The partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to deliver fully funded renewable energy solutions for commercial customers.

AMPYR Distributed Energy specialises in creating energy solutions that include solar power, battery storage, and energy efficiency initiatives. Its approach combines technical expertise with innovative funding models, enabling businesses to adopt sustainable energy solutions without upfront capital expenditure.

The collaboration will initially focus on a portfolio of solar projects, supporting Oakes Energy Services’ plans to scale up its commercial and industrial sales efforts with a diverse range of renewable energy technologies.
