A law firm has made promotions and welcomed new faces.
Square One Law has elevated a number of trainees and added a further four into training contracts and apprenticeships.
Walter Marufu has completed a two-year training contract and qualified into the commercial property team.
Kimberly Crossman, who joined as a construction paralegal, has taken a solicitor role in the same team.
Meanwhile, Dominika Cudak and Declan Fahey have joined the firm’s Newcastle office, with Amelia Smalley, based in Square One Law’s Leeds site, promoted from a paralegal role.
And Kyle Taylor has joined as a paralegal apprentice, with Aminur Azad now holding a full-time role following completion of a business administration apprenticeship.
Gill Hunter, Square One Law managing partner, said: “We are thrilled Walter, Kimberley and Aminur have completed their respective traineeships and apprenticeship.
“It is testament to their exceptional hard work and diligence.
“We’re also really pleased to be giving a very warm welcome to Amelia, Declan, Dominika and Kyle.
“We deeply value the importance of diverse ideas, backgrounds and experiences, which is why we continue to invest heavily in the expansion of our apprenticeships and traineeships.”
Walter added: “As someone who has come a long way to achieve this qualification, it truly means the world to me.
“I am genuinely excited about the future and incredibly grateful to my colleagues and managers for their outstanding training, which provided me with countless opportunities.”
