Talentheads builds on office move with Vitabiotics contract

A recruitment firm has marked an office expansion with a national contract success.

Talentheads is working with health and wellbeing operator Vitabiotics.

Bosses say Morpeth-based Talentheads will act as an extension of Vitabiotics’ internal recruitment team, finding staff for specialist roles over the coming months.

The partnership comes after Talentheads moved to larger premises following an increase in staff numbers and turnover.

Its latest intake includes talent engagement advisors Lauren Bell and Camille Colligan, talent partners Alison Jobson, Rose Heppell and Grace Oliver, and Judith Armatage, who has taken a development partner role.

The company, founded by Sam Spoors in 2020, provides internal recruitment, talent and resourcing teams that work with business owners to create long-term, sustainable strategies.

Sam said: “We are committed to growth and knew we needed a bigger office space to facilitate that expansion for our teams and our clients.

“Last year was so successful for the brand.

“Aside from the new offices, we also marked our highest monthly revenue, started work with some exciting new clients and made the shortlists for some amazing awards.

“And our Vitabiotics win really proves we’re moving onwards and upwards with our strategy.

“The contract demonstrates we have grown from a local, North East start-up business to a mature recruitment specialist that can help any firm, anywhere.”
