Taylor Packaging looks to wrap up future success with appointments

A packaging company has made two appointments as its seeks to secure further growth.

Durham-based Taylor Packaging has welcomed assistant accountant Katie Skarsgard and sales administrator Michelle Milner.

Katie joins from a Middlesbrough-based solicitors firm, with Michelle bringing more than 16 years’ administration experience from a manufacturing environment.

Founded in 1973, Taylor Packaging works across a number of sectors, including automotive, manufacturing, engineering and construction.

Katie said: “I am delighted to be joining the firm – it has a fantastic reputation, and is continuing to go from strength-to-strength.”

Michelle said: “There’s a real family atmosphere within the company, and I am really looking forward to being a part of that.”

Adam Taylor, managing director, added: “Katie and Michelle are enthusiastic team members, who share the friendly and customer-focused mindset we are renowned for.”

He revealed the business is now looking to grow its warehouse team, adding it is bolstering its product portfolio with new lines, including those with an environmental focus.
