Vertu Motors has announced the acquisition of Burrows Motor Company Limited, adding nine dealerships across Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire.
This expansion brings the automotive retailer’s total network to 202 sales and aftersales outlets nationwide.
The acquisition sees Vertu’s brand presence grow in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, York and Worksop.
For Vertu, which is headquartered in Gateshead, this acquisition is a step in strengthening its relationships with leading manufacturers.
Vertu’s Toyota network expands from six to eleven dealerships, Mazda from two to four, and Kia from three to four, reflecting their commitment to offering trusted brands to local drivers.
