EMG Solicitors marks major milestone with senior promotions

A law firm says it has reiterated its “commitment to career progression at all levels” with a number of senior moves.

EMG Solicitors has promoted six staff.

Charlotte Greenwell is now an associate in the Court of Protection health and welfare team, with Mike Cattermole and Claire French promoted to associate and senior associate, respectively, in the wills, trusts and probate department.

All three are based at EMG’s Durham headquarters.

At the firm’s Gosforth office, Nicola Ife is now an associate in the Court of Protection property and affairs team, with Emma Etherington an associate in wills, trusts and probate.

And Daisy Hebblethwaite, in the company’s Darlington base, has been promoted to the role of associate in its family department.

The changes come as the firm celebrates its tenth anniversary, and Emma Gaudern, managing director and co-founder, says the company will never divert from its focus on employee wellbeing and progression.
