Cascade sees service growth in the medical industry with new appointment

A North East cash management service has expanded its team with the appointment of a new relationship manager.

Dr Ryan Dias has joined Cascade Cash Management (Cascade) bringing with him a background in medicine and a desire to bring the benefits of Cascade’s services to those in the profession.

Cascade is an independent cash management service created to generate enhanced cash returns on deposits through professional cash management.

Its fintech portal is the only one of its kind in the UK.

Dr Dias has enjoyed a long career in psychiatry since graduating from medical school.

He has delivered a number of leadership programs in the NHS and is the founder of a business that supports young people looking to start medical careers – StartMedUK.

A user of Cascade’s online portal himself, Dr Dias decided to take an opportunity to leave the medical profession and join the cash management business.

He said: “When Cascade managing director Dr. Emma Black told me about her aspirations to help more hard working medical staff, doctors and charities in the medical field get better returns on their cash with the peace of mind that comes from FSCS protection, I automatically said, “I can help you do that”.

“It seemed like such a natural addition to what I already do that will help lots of people benefit.

“This is a new and exciting opportunity for me, but one where I can bring my current knowledge and understanding of the medical industry to assist those who will benefit.”

One charity that is benefitting from Cascade’s services is the Friends of Victory Hospital.

Dr. Emma Black said: “It is very exciting to have Dr Ryan Dias join us and bring his expertise of the medical world with him.

“Clients like Friends of Victoria Hospital are so important to us as we can ensure they benefit from higher depositor protection and also help them get better returns.

“This makes all our team proud and feel good about our service.

“The world has to be a better place for us being here and this is a part of our service that our team are really passionate about supporting.”
