Communicate PLC appear on the FT 1000 list of Europe’s fastest growing companies

Communicate Technology PLC based in the Tees Valley have been included in the Financial Times top 1000 list of Europe’s fastest growing companies for the third year running.

The full report, which is due to be release on 25th March, details the European companies that achieved the highest compound annual growth rate in revenue between 2014 and 2017. Technology features heavily and Germany is the most represented company with London being the top city, yet Wynyard based Communicate has again made the list.

This is the third year the Financial Times has produced this list and Communicate has appeared on each of them, one of only 14 companies to have achieved this overall and the only North East based company to feature in each.

Tony Snaith, CEO said: “We work in a fast moving sector and to feature in this list for the third year running is down to our ability to innovate and adapt to the ever changing market. We have built a team of industry experts and are able to offer a flexible, reliable and superior service to our client base.

“The model works but this doesn’t mean we will stand still, we continue to improve so we are able to respond quickly to changes in the market and respond to client needs.”

Tees Valley Mayor, Ben Houchen added: “Communicate is a great example of the successful businesses we have in the Tees Valley. Operating somewhat under the radar but serious contenders in the international market and we should be celebrating these achievements.”

Communicate has been active in the acquisitions market to support growth and consolidation in the sector and improve the offer in all areas of the country. Turnover is forecast to reach £5m and represent another successful year for the fast growing tech company.
