durhamlane embarks on recruitment drive as it moves to new building

Sales transformation consultancy, durhamlane, is set to create at least 25 new jobs across its outsourced sales and recruitment teams as it celebrates the end of a record-breaking year for growth.

For the fifth year running, the company has achieved double-digit year-on-year growth, this time increasing its revenue by 38% between April 2017 and March 2018. This continued growth has been achieved by winning and retaining more customers than ever before, and by almost doubling head count.

To aid its ambitious plans, durhamlane has recently moved from its office in Jesmond into its own building in Silverlink Business Park, known as Deltic House (the same building that Capital Radio used to broadcast from).

With a current headcount of 43, the recruitment drive represents a significant 50% increase of its team as it gears up for another record-breaking year.

“We’re incredibly proud of the team, their passion, dedication and relentless work ethic. All of these factors have propelled our business forward and enabled us to achieve our best year yet,” said Richard Lane, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of durhamlane. “We believe passionately that our ‘One team, One approach’ ethos truly sets us apart and more and more clients are achieving positive sales results through long-term partnership with durhamlane.”

“We started durhamlane with a mission to raise the bar of the sales profession,” said Lee Durham, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of durhamlane. “As we reflect on what’s been another record-breaking year, it’s incredible to see how this mission has helped so many businesses achieve their growth ambitions. The expansion of our growth will enable us to help even more businesses sell at a higher level.”
