A campaign to recruit 60 professionals within the eCommerce and digital marketing industry has been launched today by Visualsoft.
The eCommerce and online marketing provider is initially advertising 37 sales focused roles to predominantly support the growth of its online marketing department*. The company already employs 53 people across its six marketing teams; Affiliates, CRO, Email, PPC, SEO and Social Media**.
The investment in the recruitment campaign follows a period of deliberate consolidation in the company’s online marketing department, as it has worked to significantly enhance its offering with multiple senior appointments of leading industry experts.
Visualsoft, which has its head office in Teesside employs 216 people across four offices and this year alone has welcomed 53 people into its growing family. It hopes to fill the new roles over the coming three months.
In addition to the online marketing sales specialists, Visualsoft is also searching for experienced business development managers to specifically focus on its Enterprise client portfolio and a number of executives to support its eCommerce platform sales. Moreover, the company already has 14 posts advertised online across its platform, marketing and training teams, and there are nine new recruits joining the business in September.
Speaking of the announcement, Dean Benson, Chief Executive Officer, Visualsoft said:

Each role has a referral bounty attached to it as part of the company’s Talent Hunter programme. The referral scheme was launched by Visualsoft to offer an alternative approach to identifying the best talent within the industry. Through Talent Hunter, anyone can help the company to fill the advertised roles, simply by sharing the unique link attached to the job application with contacts, family or friends. If any of the contacts apply and are successful then the ‘talent hunter’ is rewarded. Bounties can range from £250 to £2,000 and are specific to each role***.
