Esh Plaza lettings

Acting on behalf of the landlords, Gavin Black & Partners and Knight Frank have let 8,000 sq ft in two lettings at Sir Bobby Robson House, Esh Plaza, Newcastle Great Park
The lettings to St James’ Square Law Firm and 3E Consulting Engineers, who will occupy 4,712 sq ft and 2,937 sq ft respectively, follow a letting of 6,994 sq ft to Summers Inman in the nearby Bevan House earlier this year.
Chris Pearson, partner, Gavin Black & Partners says there continues to be activity in the market despite the traditional slow-down for the summer.
He said:
“We now only have one small suite available of 2,588 sq ft in Sir Bobby Robson House.
“Our client is going to refurbish this and we will be increasing the quoting rent to £13 per sq ft which reflects strong rental growth across all office sectors.”
He adds:
“This out of town location offers an excellent car parking ratio and of course immediate access to the A1 and the Western bypass.
“As a result this is a popular location offering Grade A space and rental levels which are competitive relative to other business parks in the region.”
