Geoff Hogg targets national growth with Chaloner Group launch

A property developer behind a £55 million Tees Valley business hub has launched a new venture to secure national expansion.

Geoff Hogg has unveiled Chaloner Group.

The regeneration specialist, known for Middlesbrough’s Tees Advanced Manufacturing Park, says his Chaloner Group endeavour will open up new opportunities across the North East and wider UK market.

Currently in negotiations on a number of sites across the region – which are expected to be announced in the near future – Geoff is also seeking joint venture partnerships with land and property owners.

“Bringing together all of our property development portfolio under one umbrella will strengthen our presence in the market and increase our focus on expanding our footprint into other key regional locations,” said Geoff.

“The Chaloner Group brings together decades of property development expertise, enhancing communities by delivering high-quality commercial and residential schemes.

“In addition to the strong pipeline of activity planned in Middlesbrough and the Tees Valley, I am keen to build on our track record with developments across the UK.

“We have experience in working closely with landowners, local authorities and investors and successfully utilised these relationships to deliver regeneration sites that work for their communities, generate economic activity and achieve positive returns for investors.”
