Just Williams launches Rise programme to help SMEs overcome COVID-19 challenges

A Tees Valley consultancy has launched a scheme to help small and medium-sized firms overcome the coronavirus pandemic.

Just Williams has created The Rise Programme.

Bosses at the Stockton company say the project is focused on making businesses more resilient in the post-COVID-19 world, so they are able to grab future opportunities.

According to officials, Rise has been designed for smaller companies that have been trading for three years or less and which can adapt to new ways of working.

They say each business or organisation joining the three-month programme undergoes an independent assessment to create a sustainable strategy that can be worked independently, or in tandem with the Just Williams team.

The approach could include an assessment of materials and sales processes, competitor analysis, a review of narrative and brand personality, and an assessment of sales strategy.

Jessica Williams, founder and managing director, said the programme, spawned from a discussion between staff, will help small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) “drive their vision forward”.

She said: “The Rise Programme is a unique response to a unique situation.

“However, it is not just about supporting SMEs through this particularly challenging period, but ensuring they emerge stronger and more resilient with a clear vision for the future.

“What many businesses lack is a clear end goal and the steps required to achieve it.

“This programme delivers just that and provides a business with the tools and strategy to drive their vision forward.”
