NHS Jobs teams up with LinkedIn to fill healthcare roles quickly

NHS Jobs is working with the world’s largest professional network to accelerate the recruitment of critical healthcare staff in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The official NHS online recruitment service for England and Wales has teamed up with LinkedIn to promote COVID-19 specific roles on the platform.

Anyone looking for these roles can find them by visiting either the LinkedIn Jobs homepage or the NHS Jobs website.

LinkedIn has more 28 million people in the UK and this collaboration will enable professionals with the right skills to be notified of relevant healthcare and critical care roles.

David Roberts, head of service at NHS Jobs, said: “The NHS Jobs team have been working to make it easier for jobseekers to find roles relating to COVID-19 and have been implementing measures to increase the reach of NHS vacancies.

“We appreciate the support LinkedIn have provided at this time and it is great to be working together to support this national effort.”

Josh Graff, UK country manager at LinkedIn, added: “The NHS has never needed more support than it does today.

“LinkedIn is proud to help NHS Jobs to accelerate the recruitment of healthcare staff and connect those with essential skills to critical roles.

“The COVID-19 pandemic is the greatest challenge of our time and we all have a role to play in supporting the nation’s response efforts.”
