Precept brand communications strengthens marketing capabilities

Newcastle-based brand communications agency, Precept, has expanded its marketing department with some key appointments.

Operating out of St Peter’s Basin with a second base on London’s South Bank, Precept now employs 18 staff and boasts a client portfolio including tech firms such as Softbank, Telecom Europe and North East based brands i-Choose and TORRO.

Laura Spring joins Precept as digital marketing manager with a background in implementing paid search strategies, using Google Ads, Facebook and Linkedin for both business to business and business to customer markets.

Vince Moran, digital director at Precept said: “Precept is all about getting brands to perform better and generate more revenue, performing more efficiently as a result.

“The digital division is a key driver to meeting this overall objective and we’ve brought in Laura to really spearhead increased commercial return for our clients through paid search.

“We’ve also brought in digital marketing executive Ashley Pike to support Laura, and we’ve one eye on the future in terms of further recruitment in this area.”
