Saggezza partners with CRM software giant to fuel expansion

Sunderland-based technology firm, Saggezza, has underlined its expansion plans after signing a new partnership with software giant, Salesforce.

The company, which provides software solutions and systems for clients including an investment bank and an international credit card brand, has launched a new Salesforce Practice as it continues to improve its service offering.

The practice will be headed up by Jeff Pigatto, based at the company’s headquarters in Chicago.

Much of the work will be serviced at Saggezza’s Global Delivery Centre in Sunderland, with a number of Salesforce-specific roles to be created in the process.

Saggezza announced plans earlier this year to double its headcount in the North East over the next two years and it is hoped the partnership with Salesforce will act as a catalyst helping the company realise its ambitions.

Salesforce is a global leader in customer relationship management (CRM) software working with over 150,000 businesses across the globe.

Its partnership with Saggezza will enhance the latter’s reputation as a leading provider of business-to-business technology solutions.

Martin Williams, Saggezza’s UK managing director, said: “Saggezza prides itself on helping its clients create innovative software solutions that enable them to achieve their goals, and the addition of a dedicated Salesforce Practice will allow us to continue doing just that, integrating a trusted solution that will offer a world-class customer journey.

“We are delighted to be partnering with Salesforce and this agreement clearly demonstrates the confidence the company has in our ability to deliver.

“Salesforce is a globally renowned business, that works with some of the world’s best-known brand names, so to be recognised as a trusted supplier of its solutions can only further enhance our service offering.”

Jeff Pigatto, who recently joined Saggezza as VP and Salesforce Practice global head, is charged with building the company’s reputation as a world-class Salesforce Practice.

He said: “The delivery excellence that exists in our Sunderland team makes it a great fit for Salesforce, so we’re delighted that UK colleagues will be taking a lead on this technology, which will add real value to many of our clients.

“I’m excited that this partnership will pave the way to create more opportunities for expansion in the Sunderland team.”
