One of the North East’s leading advertising agencies, Martin Tait Redheads (MTR), has secured its place in the top 100 media agencies in the UK – a ranking compiled by Nielsen and listed in Campaign magazine.
Howard Tait, managing director and founder of MTR, described the news as “a great achievement for a regional agency” an explained that the ranking is calculated on total UK media billings across TV, radio, press, OOH, display and mobile.
He said: “We increased our media billings to nearly £30 million last year and now stand as the 34thbiggestmedia agency in the U.K.”
MTR specialises in delivering integrated advertising campaigns for its clients.
Howard Tait explained: “Few agencies outside London offer the ability to plan and buy media and also produce innovative creative campaigns.
“That is one of our strengths together with our vast expertise in the business, we have people who have worked in London at top level.
“We are highly flexible in our approach and often work with other agencies who use us for media buying only for their clients. In simple terms, we are a collaborative firm that values good marketing for clients.”
