Tribe Recruitment welcomes new faces to meet growing demand

A recruitment consultancy has bolstered its senior ranks amid rising demand for its services.

Tribe Recruitment has welcomed Helen Bartle and Lauren Hodges.

Helen has joined as operations manager, with Lauren appointed divisional manager with special responsibility for transport and logistics.

The duo both have at least 15 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, with the Darlington-based firm saying their appointments will be crucial to its growth over the next three years.

Lisa Spark, managing director, said: “I can’t tell you how delighted we are to have attracted two such accomplished professionals as Helen and Lauren.

“Their appointments are a big step forward for our company, which has defied the COVID-19 pandemic and, indeed, prospered and expanded during it.

“As we plan ahead, it’s crucial the senior management team is strengthened so we can continue this exceptional growth,” said Lisa, who revealed the business plans to take on another three recruitment consultants over the coming months.

She added: “Currently our five sectors – construction, engineering, healthcare, transport and logistics and electrical wholesale – turn over £6 million, and the plan is to increase our income to £10 million per annum over the following three years.”

Based on Darlington’s Morton Palms Business Park, Tribe Recruitment was founded in 2009 and counts Thirsk-based steel contractor Severfield, which provided structural steel for the redevelopment of Wembley Stadium, among its clients.
