Commercial property specialist Naylors Gavin Black has signed a ten-year deal to move into new offices.
The firm says the shift will better support the wellbeing of its 38-strong team, improving client meeting provision, boosting green credentials and attracting and retaining future talent and clients.
The 3,000sq ft Grade A space, on the second floor of the newly-built 70,000sq ft One Strawberry Lane building, near Newcastle’s St James Park, includes collaborative and social spaces, a café, cycle storage and showers.
Angus White, managing partner, said: “We are constantly evolving, but never faster than in the last few years post-pandemic.
“The office upgrade is part of our strategy to attract and retain the very best people, reduce our carbon footprint, improve our employee benefits, strengthen business development and boost our reputation as a dynamic, progressive team of professionals who are experts in their fields.”
The firm is part of the Commercial Property Network, which gives clients national reach as part of an affiliation with 30 other independent commercial property consultancies across the UK.
