Primo Marine eyeing further growth after Darlington expansion

A subsea technical advisory firm says it will “continue to add to its number” following an office expansion.

Primo Marine has taken further space at Darlington’s Business Central.

The company says the move will bolster its support for power cable project owners, operators and developers.

Daryl Lynch, managing director, said: “We moved to Business Central in 2019, and we’ve been recruiting ever since because we’ve found such a rich pool of talent.

“We have seven staff in Darlington, and we’ll continue to add to that number.

“Those staff are playing an important role in the ‘greenifaction’ of the world’s energy supplies, by providing expertise to global businesses.”

Vanessa Wood, centre manager at Business Central, added: “Primo Marine now has the capacity to continue building on its success, and we look forward to seeing what’s next in the growth plan.”
