Newcastle’s Test Driven Solutions creating jobs in global expansion

A fast-growing technology consultancy is creating jobs after expanding internationally to support client demand.

Newcastle’s Test Driven Solutions (TDS) wants staff “for a number of roles” to build on Canadian and Polish openings.

Founded by Sam Clark during the pandemic, the firm helps organisations deliver projects across sectors including financial services, energy, education, manufacturing, robotics and healthcare.

Highlighting its growth, which includes a site in Calgary and a development academy in Wroclaw, Sam said: “There really is no one providing the specialist services we offer within the North East.

“We’ve grown organically, mainly due to the strength of our culture and expertise, and are excited to take the business to the next level.

“We’ve chosen Calgary and Wroclaw as our new overseas sites because they are of a similar size and vibrancy as Newcastle.”

TDS has been supported by law firm Muckle LLP over the last three years.

Sam added: “We can’t thank the team enough for the support that they’ve given to get us where we are today.”
