She will also aim to grow the operations team and fill scheduling co-ordinator, project management and customer success roles.
Synergi’s new marketing manager, Nikki Peacock, has a background in business-to-business and retail marketing, having held in-house and agency-side roles.
She was worked all over the UK for firms in the financial services, retail and travel sector and joins Synergi from a Sheffield-based business providing ERP software and analytics, modelling and optimisation services.
Dominic Falconer joins the Gateshead company as business intelligence consultant with skills including data analytics, reporting and business intelligence, including six years working for Northern Rock.
His specialism is in the financial services sector and his role is designed to support Synergi’s aim to grow its market share in this area.
Another business intelligence consultant joining is Emma Pardines, who brings wide-ranging experience of various software platforms, following a 12-year career working primarily in Scotland’s oil and gas sector.
New hires Emma and Dominic join a 12-strong Synergi team of specialist consultants and developers working on various partner and custom solutions for clients in a range of sectors.
Synergi’s CEO, Peter Joynson, said: “We are of course delighted to welcome our latest group of new staff.
“These new roles are part of a long-term strategy that will see us create at least nine new jobs this year in support of a strategic growth plan which includes boosting turnover by 40 per cent, launching a new service line and establishing a presence in two more geographical areas.
“Achieving those aims relies on recruiting people with the right talent, experience and attitude, and encouraging their career development with a supportive company culture.
“We look forward to all of our new recruits becoming real assets to the business and playing a key part in our continuing growth.”
