iamproperty grows team to 600 during key innovation period

North East-based property technology firm iamproperty has grown its team to 600 employees.

Since 2020, the team has more than tripled in size, with almost 100 new team members in the last six months alone.

More jobs are forecast to be created this year, and there are currently 14 live opportunities to join the business, with roles available across its Conveyancing, Engineering, Compliance and Sales departments.

Two recent recruitment drives saw the expansion of the Gosforth-based firm’s technology and sales teams, supporting the ecosystem innovation programme and helping Estate Agents to meet the rising demand for auction. In 2023, iamproperty’s auction sales grew to account for 1% of all UK property transactions for the first time.

Ben Ridgway, co-founder, said: “The growth of the team is an important step as we deliver on our ecosystem vision and work with more Estate Agents to help them to succeed.

“We’re always excited to be creating jobs and have people join us who buy into our vision of transforming the way people buy and sell property in the UK. Our ecosystem is our next big step towards improving the process for everyone involved.”
