Two Stockton-on-Tees advisory businesses, Anderson Barrowcliff and The Endeavour Partnership, have announced their collaboration in securing a cross-border deal for their mutual client, Corrpro Companies Europe Limited.
Corrpro Companies Europe Limited undertook a strategic management buyout from the American parent company, Corrpro Companies Inc, with both firms orchestrating the multi-million-dollar management buyout.
James Dale, corporate finance partner at Anderson Barrowcliff, said: “The deal brought its fair share of complexities, but with an exceptional management team on board we tackled the intricacies and unforeseen challenges.
“Working alongside this highly successful management team was a pleasure. Their expertise in their respective fields made a real difference. It’s a genuine win for Teesside.”
This multi-million-dollar agreement promises new job opportunities and economic growth in Teesside.
Nik Tunley, head of corporate and commercial and partner at The Endeavour Partnership, said: “Working alongside strategic partners is truly rewarding, and the excellent teamwork between The Endeavour Partnership, Anderson Barrowcliff and the other key Teesside based service providers involved in this transaction has been essential.
“Our services, knowledge and experience align seamlessly, creating a powerful synergy. The achievements we’ve realised for Mark and his team at Corrpro Companies Europe Limited are a source of great satisfaction. What excites me even more is the potential this holds for Teesside – the jobs already generated and the possibility of creating even more. The prospects are incredibly promising.”
