Sephora to open two North East stores this autumn

Beauty giant Sephora is continuing its northern expansion with the opening of two new stores in the North East.

Newcastle’s Eldon Square and Gateshead’s Metrocentre will be the new homes of Sephora UK.

Sarah Boyd, Sephora UK’s managing director said: “Continuing our trend of listening to our customers and where they want to see us open, we heard the beauty community of the North East loud and clear when they asked us to open in Newcastle city centre and the Metro Centre.

“Opening not one, but TWO amazing beauty playgrounds at the same time is a bold step, and one we have great confidence in. We are beyond excited to welcome all the passionate beauty lovers of the region to our stores and to create an iconic moment for retail in the North East.”

Both stores will offer a vast selection of brands available across makeup, travel, fragrance, skincare, haircare, grooming and wellness, including Makeup by Mario, GXVE by Gwen Stefani, Haus Labs by Lady Gaga and Topicals.

The extensive own brand Sephora Collection will also be available. Customers can purchase from the brands extensive collection across skincare, makeup, haircare, body care and travel.

The new stores will also provide in-store beauty services, from quick on-the-go treatments to a full hours complete makeover. Sephora’s team of Beauty Advisors offer a variety of bookable services across makeup, skincare, hair and brows.
